Here’s a bit about me that isn't widely known online.

Here’s what I have been up to the past ten or so years:

• I became an entrepreneur, founding a successful sports media outlet focused on women's sports.

• I also launched FLO Communications, an agency that supports influencers and startups.

FLO Communications has achieved some impressive milestones that I'm proud of:

• Securing features for our clients in Newsweek, The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and more.

• Reaching over $3 million in gross sales as a bootstrapped agency.

• Starting Flo Books, our publishing company that collaborates with talented authors on innovative storytelling.

I also moved to Los Angeles to escape the snow and build a great community here.

Oh, and I adopted 3 cats—Booty, Twigs, and Tiny—who bring so much joy to my life.

This year, I'm excited to keep growing my business and partnering with more authors and businesses to share their stories.

In my work in crisis communications and media, I've learned how easily stories can be misunderstood.

My life's mission is to help others tell their stories in a way that captivates and engages.
